was struggle to get EV charging card and luckily the property manager sorted that out for us. took us a while to find the switch for tuning on the hob and oven which was hidden behind the microwave inside the cabin. the dry room heater would turn off automatically after x minutes, so we end up with wet gloves and socks on the next day.. some are common sense but not every guest would have the same experience to deal with these so a handy instruction booklet would be helpful otherwise, ...
