Would be good if there was numbers on the yurt so we knew which one was number 3. There was no dishwashing powder and very small amount of handy towels for cleaning. More bin liners would have been handy. Rubbish left from previous guests.

What rather took the gloss off the stay was the noise from the next door yurt that lasted until after 3.00am! Very loud music and shouting I did not feel comfortable going face to face as they sounded stoned/drunk. I felt very much powerless - at home I would have rung the Council Noise Control who are available 24/7 and do take action

.not even the first person that showered had hot water. But it was such a cool place to stay in. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was complete, bathrooms were pristine. Would come back for sure

Plenty of extra blankets. Lovely kitchen items. Beds are comfortable enough. Lovely shower. Remember to take your own milk and condiments as Only Coffee tea and sugar supplied. A rail on the steps up to the house would be ideal for those people that need support, especially the elderly or when slippery. We had trouble finding the right Yurt as we arrived at night and there was no number or letter box that we could see, a neighbour had to point us in the right direction. Overall nice accommodation thankyou.

Super spacious, tidy and everything you could need. Unfortunately, two months after we booked it we were advised we would need to pay a $750 bond for the weekend as there was an event on. By this time there was no other accommodation left in Ohakune so we had no choice but to pay it. 11 days after checkout I have finally received the bond back on my card. As much as we loved this accommodation, we will no longer be using bachcare because of this.

it is great being in a round house, and was lovely and warm on cold evenings. Also great to see the view of the mountain when the clouds went away!

So warm and cosy for a winter ski trip. Had everything we could ever need! Loved the large living area for socialising. The kitchen was stocked with everything to make a scrumptious meal. The.instructions and guides everywhere were very helpful. The beds are comfy and there were extra blankets provided. The shower pressure is perfect, especially after a big day of skiing - 10/10 recommend to anyone and plan to stay again in future!

We loved the wooden smell as we walked in, the high ceilings, smart design and feeling of home. All the games for the kids, the cleanliness of the house and the feeling of luxury was all we could ask. As for the view of the mountains with a glass of wine, after a hard day's tramp..not bad at all!
