I must say I was pretty disappointed with the condition of the property. I'm not sure what the situation of guests were before our stay but clearly it had not been cleaned before our arrival. We found dirty socks on in the bedroom, a broken hair brush and felt tip pens lying about the lounge. The cutlery, plates and glasses needed to be washed again before we could use them and the vacuum cleaner power cord was damaged and so we couldn't vacuum the floor during our stay and before our departure. There is a thick dust layer on the top of the fridge and spider webs in the kitchen, we like on a rural property so aren't scared of these but to arrive to this and have an $80+ cleaning fee might indicate that your cleaners aren't up to scratch. Experience was "fine" we emailed the local manager but have not received any response from our original feedback. I would be very hesitant to book again, if there was any problem with the property I doubt it would be able to be resolved efficiently.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback on your stay and on this occasion we were so very sorry to hear that the property was not to standard. We are always looking to improve our standards and communication is key.

The house was bigger than it appeared in the photos and was well equipped for the 7 of us who stayed. The heat pumps kept the place warm and cozy. Would stay again.

Fabulous place to stay. We were 2 families and there was plenty of room. House is much bigger than in the photos with a separate lounge area to the dining and kitchen. Fully equipped and 2 heat pumps so warm throughout. Easy walk to the Powderkeg area. Would definitely stay again.

A spotlessly clean, warm 3 bedroom property with good central location in a quiet cul de sac. Very good value for money and would definitely stay again.
