“The property is very tied and needs general home maintenance.”
There are cupboard doors falling off the kitchen, tap in bathroom loose, hand hail on stairs no secure and we had to remove a rug on the bedroom floor as it stunk of cat urine.

Shampoo & Soap should be supplied in bathrooms Code we were provided to get into the lockbox was incorrect, which was very frustrating, especially as we were checking in at 11.00pm. I tried the lockbox earlier in the day just to make sure we had the correct code (because we were given an incorrect code by Bachcare last summer). The code didnât work so I rang Bachcare and was told it was because I was checking in too early. I said, as long as the code works when we check in later tonight. Of course it didnât. Only positive thing I can say is that at least Bachcare answered the phone at 11.00pm and could give me the correct code.

Ideal location with amazing views. Beds were all very comfortable and the shower downstairs is amazing. Close to the aquarium which was well worth a visit even with teenagers. Highly recommend the delight plus Chinese takeaway. We will definitely stay again

The rooms and bathrooms are really good sized, and the whole place is very well appointed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The heat pumps came in handy when the weather turned and the temperature dropped too. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Napier and would come back again. The only negative for us was the oven was not working- and travelling with 2 kids with fairly severe food allergies we were planning to cook most nights. Response from the Bach care team was quick, someone came out that night to check, then tradies arrived the following morning. Unfortunately it couldnât be fixed till the day before we checked out as they had to wait for a part. That was our only frustration though- and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Napier.

Rain “Family loved the house.”
Some very cool deco features that make it very special. Easy walking distance to town, cafes, aquarium, gardens, playground. Lovely view of the beach. Would book again

Close to everything, literally right across the road from the beach (views were awesome) heaps of space. Irene and Mark were really nice and easy to communicate with. Although this property was so nice, the cleanliness could have been more upto scratch. All in all, my family and I did enjoy our stay there in Napier

Very well kitted out, everything you need is there. Great location not far from town, directly across the road from the sea with a beautiful view. Lots of parking which is great. Our property manager Irene was great to deal with too.

We found it cosy and warm over Queens Birthday weekend. There is a lot of room with generous bedrooms, and lounge area. Off street parking was excellent.

This spacious and sunny house is just the ticket for your low key or adventure-filled getaway! This 2 level Napier holiday home includes warm and comfortably appointed open plan living upstairs - the large new gas fire provides fabulous warmth for those winter months, while the deck provides a great spot to soak up the sun and scenery when the weather is warmer. Additional decking at the rear of the house provides a private space for laid back BBQs with stunning views of the city and over the mountain ranges. On the lower level the new large heat pump is on hand for ideal year round comfort. Upstairs at this Napier accommodation, bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed. Downstairs, bedroom 2 has a super king bed, bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, while bedroom 4 has a single bunk set. Just five minutes west of the city centre, Marewa was originally part the inner harbour and 'rose' above sea level in the Earthquake. As a result most of the suburb's housing was built in the Art Deco style and forms part of the Deco Tourist Trail. It has its own shopping centre and there are reserve walkways to take a stroll.
