    “Loved the place; plenty of room, nice beds, a fireplace with chopped wood, great kitchen, beautiful lounge with huge couch etc.”

    . The views are stunning. Most facilities and beds were super clean, but the bedrooms needed dusting. The fridge had not been cleaned and the freezer had some mould around the door. The stove top was clean, the space around it (e.g. walls) was rather filthy. It looks a little tired, which we didn't mind, but will need some serious renovations in the future (e.g. the decking and railing). Were disappointed to realise that the 'access to the private beach' no longer existed. There is a huge slip ...

And the slip looks like it happened a while ago. We found another access to the beach just a few houses further up the road, so it was OK, but still should be advertised as such. Sayng all this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

This Langs Beach holiday home includes bright and beachy open plan living on the middle floor... Kick back by the fire and take in the tranquil surrounds, or chill out on the deck for summer BBQs and sea views! At this Langs Beach Accommodation, bedroom 1 has a flexible configuration of either 2 king single beds or joining to make a deluxe king size bed. Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 sets of single bunks and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Chill out on the deck, stroll through the garden and down the private track to the beach, or head out to explore the local area. Waipu, Uretiti, and Ruakaka are all within easy driving distance for day trips... Your Langs Hideaway awaits!



Please note that a shared tennis court is available at Langs Beach adjacent to this holiday house. Please ask your Holiday Manager for the direction and the keys to gain access to the tennis court. There are also 4 rackets (2 kids and 2 adults).

The listed king bed in Bedroom 1 is made up with two king single beds. Please advise your preferred bedding arrangement at booking.

Please note that the top and bottom floor of the property is not accessible to guests.
