    “An incredible stay in Woolley’s bay this Easter - everything you need for a beach getaway.”

    The house was well stocked with a full kitchen and we loved the multiple great outdoor decks for a meal or drink. Beautiful views of the beach and a stones throw away from the water, plus the hosts were lovely and really accomodating. BBQ was a bit temperamental but otherwise a faultless stay! Thank you so much!

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Right across the road from Woolleys Bay, one of Tutukaka Coast's best beaches, hear the waves breaking on the shore, just a few steps away - Welcome to Spectacular Woolleys Bay! Boasting stunning views from the living area and deck, this recently renovated beach house creates the ideal summer holiday atmosphere as soon as you walk in the front door. Upstairs, soak up the views from the north facing open plan kitchen, dining and lounge overlooking the bay to the north. The modern kitchen has everything you might need for whipping up delicious holiday meals, or head out to the deck and fire up the BBQ. Up the back of the garden, enjoy a glass of wine from the cleverly designed elevated deck positioned for all day sun and capturing views of the bay. In the summer there is a shade sail set up over the deck to give you a place to relax out of the sun. Fresh herbs in the garden, abundant lemon trees - perfect for gin and tonics at the end of the day! Woolleys Bay across the road is ideal for boogie boarding, walking, swimming, fishing off the beach. Within a short drive is Sandy Bay (renowned surf beach), Whale Bay (where bush meets the sand - an idyllic picnic spot),and Matapouri Bay (the jewel of Tutukaka Coast). Tutukaka is the place to launch your boat, wander the shops and cafes, or catch a dive expedition to the Poor Knights Islands. Ngunguru has a well-stocked superette and liquor centre, Salt Air cafe, the Sports Complex, golf course, kids playground and more. There is much to explore from this wonderful beach house, or just stay in the bay and enjoy your local beach. Either way, you won't be disappointed at Spectacular Woolleys Bay!

About the location

A 10-minute drive from Tutukaka or a 2 hour 25 minute drive from Auckland and you'll find yourself in the marine paradise that is Matapouri. Matapouri is one of those idyllic spots, where every corner you turn you'll find yourself in awe as you stumble upon another azure blue cove lined with Pohutukawa or golden dunes. There's much to explore with Whale Bay nearby being accessed via a 15 minute bush walk, and of course the legendary mermaid pools a large natural set of rock pools set against the ocean perfect for swimming in at low tide. All of our Matapouri holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
