GwynethStayed February 2020
This was the worst experience I have ever had for a short stay accomodation. The directions were wrong. There was no signage at the property. We had no instructions on how to get in. The website was not clear about it being three separate dwellings. The place was not clean nor were the beds made and there was linen hanging off doors etc. Outside the furniture was broken and there was piles of scrap metal which made it unsafe for my toddler. It was so bad we didn’t even end up staying there. It then took Bachcare over two hours to provide alternatives in which time there was miscommunication from Bachcare staff. To top it all I was informed today that I wouldn’t be charged extra for the alternative accomodation but this was promptly retracted. I will not be using Bachcare again.
Thanks for your review Gwyneth. We're sorry that we dropped the ball and for the inconvenience you experienced. We're glad we were able to resolve these issues for you and we have passed on your valuable feedback to the owner for review. We're looking forward to welcoming you back soon, so we can do better for you!
