We felt comfortable with the house near to the lake with a nice ambiance. All the facilities and amenities felt comfortable to stay without any problem . It’s a warm house and our children enjoyed a lot with the books and toys that you have provided. Especially the spacious rooms that’s made us feel more comfortable Thanks for your excellent services.

The location was perfect and the house was great! It did get pretty chilly in the evenings/early morning with the single glazing, however lots of heating options kept it cosy. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Handy location and great being down a long driveway so very private. The kitchen was well stocked and awesome having a pool table and second lounge. There was a few things that needed updating - fridge did not work that well, need more shade in out door seating and a bit of maintenance needed doing - but dealt with property manager who sorted our problem with bbq. House worked well for us and we enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of off street parking and nice areas outside. Only improvement would be warmer bedding on the beds (duvets very thin), but otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay. Would recommend.

Just a couple of disappointments - given wrong code to lock box which was really frustrating, but fixed easily once we got through on the telephone - it will need updating on info. - Xmas day I went to cook meat (had Turkey and ham to cook) and oven didn’t work, due to the clock not able to be set. I tried all the normal things, pressing buttons with time up/down. Just didn’t work which was absolutely gutting luckily bottom small oven worked and we could spread the cooking over the day but meant I couldn’t go out with family in the boat to and catch up with friends. - I emailed that day however I still haven’t had a reply from you, or acknowledgement. I could have rung but it was your Xmas too. I also pointed out that it would need fixed before the next people arrived. I hope that happened but would have imagined it needed to be fixed urgently. - should the cleaner check oven is working and set, I’m not sure if there is a trick to it but it was a fisher and paykel which is common and I’m familiar with. Def something wrong with keypad. Just one of those things that can happen with appliances. - on our last day my husband was having a shower upstairs and I was cleaning out fridge/packing up when I used the waste disposer lettuce came up the plug hole in shower and flooded it. We passed this on to the cleaner when we popped back to collect something left behind. - I also emailed you again about this but have had no response. Overall it was a great place some logistics and follow up really poor. The oven was just so disappointing especially as it was Xmas.

The convenience of having a few condiments in the pantry was a nice touch and we were more than happy to leave a few bits and pieces in return for this. We will definitely try and rebook for our next rip to Wanaka.

Blew us away. Some light bulbs could be replaced as pretty poor lighting and quite dark at night. Can be a little noisy downstairs if people are walking around upstairs. Great place thou and will be back. Thank you so much

The house itself needs abit of updating for the price of it. It needs a deep clean. Dust everywhere, rugs were a nightmare so moved one and underneath was very gross so had to vacuum it up. The yard is cool but not ideal for young children. Need supervised at all times there. Beds were comfy enough
