“This was a wonderful stay.”
Very clean, everything you need was there. The layout of the apartment is great with 2 bedrooms and a very large kitchen/living area. Close to downtown. The only downfall was the hot tub didnât work. Someone did come to look at it but repair wasnât finished prior to our departure.

Marian “Stay 5 nights in this apartment in mid August.”
Great location, short cut 5 minute walk to CBD shopping center. Great cooking facility and decent dining sets. Decent bedroom with high quality bed and bedding. Big living area with powerful aircon warm up the whole area. Jacuzzi perfect after a long day of snowboarding. Pleasant to stay and will be my choice next time.

The sofa bed is broken and on a massive lean so was unable to be slept on the mattress had to be removed and we had to have people sleep on the floor. The washing machine was broken and kept coming up with an error no one came out to sort this issue until the day before we left. We tried to use the oven and it completely smoked the whole place out cause it was so dirty in there as well as the barbecue that was disgusting and very unclean. I had tired to make contact on the 3rd of January the night we checked in and no one responded to the phone call and email I had left. We finally got in touch with someone a couple days later and had an acting property manager come out and asses the issues. We send another email on Sunday the 8th with no response again. Highly disappointed in this stay and an very upset at the amount of money we have invested into this place we are hoping to get compensation for the issues that came with it but as I said we have had no response from anyone regarding these issues.

Short walking distance to the town and lake. Really nice house with everything that you need especially if you have little kids. It was a home away from home

It was presented very clean. The bedroom mattresses were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. If you have a baby with you, you will need to ask about darker curtains for the bedroom for afternoon napping.

Kitchen and main areas were beautiful, the rooms were small but decent and the bathroom was huge. The biggest downfall of the place was that it has no a/c or fans! Ugh, staying in the middle of the summer was horrid! The air was stuffy and sleeping was difficult. Speaking of sleep, please don't count on the couch bed as an option - HORRIBLE! I "slept" on it solo, and it was miserable. On top of being hot, it was so uncomfortable. I would choose elsewhere next time.
