    “It was nightmare and very stressful experience of my life.”

    I had a booking of this property for easter weekend travelling with three kids. First was very hard to find property as there wasn’t any clear house number written outside or may be removed purposely. Finally when we reached around 9pm, another family came out and said I have wrong booking as they booked it since last few days. I had to make number of calls which took almost around an hour to find out that I have correct booking but property owner made mistake by renting property to their ...

    I had a booking of this property for easter weekend travelling with three kids. First was very hard to find property as there wasn’t any clear house number written outside or may be removed purposely. Finally when we reached around 9pm, another family came out and said I have wrong booking as they booked it since last few days. I had to make number of calls which took almost around an hour to find out that I have correct booking but property owner made mistake by renting property to their other family member privetly. Not only that family who were saying replied to me that they won’t move out so go and find motel and I will get my refund. I didn't expected same answer from Bachcare but after more than an hour a lovely lady called Neena who works for Bachcare luckily arranged another property. I do understand mistake happens but rather than offering refund should have offered solution from the beginning. I suggest everyone to think twice before making booking of this property.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Situated a stone’s throw away, just one street back, from the shores of the beautiful Lake Rotoiti, with plenty of garden space and easy access to a boat ramp, welcome to the Lakehouse Bach - the perfect place for a classic kiwi holiday! This Lake Rotoiti bach has an open plan living area with doors opening out onto a sunny deck area with access to a view of the lake just a short walk away. Cook up a barbecue for everyone to enjoy or alternatively you’ll find everything you need to use in the kitchen. Sleeping 7 people, this is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends looking to spend some time together. You’ll be able to let the kids roam around outside enjoying the garden space which can alternatively be used for boat and car parking. Being in such a fantastic location, you’ll no doubt be looking to spend as much time outdoors as possible. On the lake, there are plenty of opportunities for fishing, water skiing and travelling nearby you’ll find numerous walking and mountain biking trails. Travelling further afield, Rotorua is just a half hour’s drive away, where you’ll find plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Be sure to check out one of the many natural springs in the area and you’ll find beautiful picturesque scenery all around. Appreciate the quiet comfort, come and stay at Lakehouse Bach!
