The location was perfect! We enjoyed every moment and it really felt like home, the spa was brilliant! The views insanely gorgeous. We most definitely would recommend this Property and plan to rebook again soon!

Sandra “Great location, nice and peaceful with an amazing view.”
Had trouble trying to get the TV to work and there were no instructions and 3 remotes. Would be useful to explain how to get free view working.

The house could benefit from a DVS or heated towel rack in the bathroom. We stayed 5 nights and had wet towels by the end that we couldn't dry. Our holiday was marred at this property as we had an issue with powercut (due to a loose connection in the powerbox outside) and no running water for 17 hours which was very inconvenient. While Bachcare relocated us to another property for a night, once the electrician said we could move back in we had to wait for another a few hours for running water to be turned on as this wasn't checked by the electrician. I would like Bachcare to offer a discount or voucher as this messed up our plans for the morning. The end result was a lot of waiting around for Bachcare to let us know what was happening.

The spa pool was so good. We loved the view, it was amazing. So pretty. And very quiet. The house was very clean. A small, second table in the bathroom would have been great. However, I would suggest that the owners should allow for the renters to access the washing machine and drier (it's a separate key btw) . I had to contact Bachcare to ask for access. Also, the clothes line allowed little drying for our clothes, due to the rain direction, so a clothes drier rack would have helped here. If you are staying for more than a couple of nights, fresh towels would be nice. The second bedroom is not really suitable. The bed bunk is rather cumbersome and the top bunk is not suitable for an adult. We were a group of four ladies (just to clarify).

The kids loved the spa pool and outdoor area was great. Interior is quite tired though and some of the finishes were a bit dirty - outdoor seat covers etc.

Be prepared to spend an hour dispatching mosquitoes Inside every night. Inside is average. Owner is nice to have enough firewood prepared for your use.

Yasmeen “It was a Lovely place to stay, with breathtaking views.”
The outdoor set up was great to enjoy your mornings & evenings with plenty of different seating, nice tidy deck, a large spa pool and plenty of space for my kids to run around & explore. It felt like a paradise really! The bach has everything I needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items/food/spices. Rooms were great and suited to our family needs very well. They even had Netflix so we could enjoy our fav shows on TV. Thank you for the great stay. We will surely be back.

We loved the spa and the views were magnificent. Only feedback is around the lack of a dishwasher. While on holiday, the last thing you want is do dishes and we found this tad bit cumbersome. Otherwise everything was good.

It rained and was windy but was still beautiful. We had a power cut which set us back a few hours with dinner but the host was flexible with check-in/out times.

The property
Sol Spa Oasis is a modern and stylish paradise retreat with a wonderfully elevated waterfront location on the exclusive Kennedy Point in sunny Surfdale.
