Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

About the location
Known as the Garden City of New Zealand, Christchurch is the largest city in the South Island. Historic buildings fill the streets and the tranquil Avon River runs through its centre, making for great picnic spots along the willow-lined riverbanks. Visitor attractions include the Botanical Gardens, the International Antarctic centre, the Christchurch Art Gallery and the Christchurch Gondola. “Being locked out without knowing the code for the lock on the door was a real nuisance and stole a lot of my time to sort it out while on holiday.”
The sheets were the wrong size for the bed! Only one little dishwasher worked. Not giving us a discount for having no heater, and offering no solution other than a simple notice was not ok. We came up with the solution of taking our own heaters, which would not have been possible if we had to fly to the location. But the location was perfect for us and what we needed to achieve in Christchurch. We love the sunny aspect of the house and the nice big patio area. The kitchen was ...
