This functional layout sees two bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which open up to concrete patio space, while an additional bathroom completes the set-up of your stay. Step outside and appreciate these lush grounds, while this generous suburban section offers plenty of off-street parking. This elevated setting is just a five-minute drive to Havelock North's charming town centre, providing a variety of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. The surrounding area is renowned for its abundance of wineries and vineyards, while the nearby Te Mata Peak is known for its breathtaking views from the summit over the Hawkes Bay region. The town also offers many shops and prospering cafes as well as a thriving arts community. The weekly market is a must-visit.
