Annie “The property was nice, ample space for the 7 of us, comfortable beds, spacious living and dining are.”
However, the bathroom shower was clogged and despite calling the phone number provided, no one showed up to fix the issue nor did anyone call to follow up. Cooking pots and pans were very greasy, everything had to be washed before we could use it. Only 2 tea towels and half a roll of paper towel provide for our 4 day stay. The property was very cosy and warm especially with the fireplace and ample firewood, and if these important aspects (showers and cooking) weren't an issue it would have been a perfect stay.
- Annie, July 2024Thank you for your feedback Annie, we are sorry to hear about the issues during your stay. This is not the standard we expect for our guests and will be following up with the local manager to ensure everything has been remedied and that future guests are not impacted. Bachcare

There is plenty of fire wood and everything needed to cook.

The big outside yard, with nice trees and a small stream, was a bonus for the children to play in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, pleasant, access to double garage is also handy. Would definitely come again.
- Alex, July 2019Mark “Oven door didn't close made cooking tricky-.”
No tea towels so bought one up there which we left - 2nd visit still no tee towel - however great spot and enough room for everyone and really comfortable
- Mark, February 2019Adele “Warm, clean house.”
Well equipped with plenty of clean bedding.
- Adele, September 2018Michelle “This property was excellent for groups.”
We couldn't have been happier here on our week-long ski property. As two families with kids, it was great to have the space to spread out, especially on days when the weather didn't co-operate for skiing and boarding. I am always skeptical of how well equipped kitchens will be for groups, so despite our Bachcare manager (Liz) advising that it was well equipped, I still brought along a big stock pot for soups. I needn't have bothered - it was a super well-stocked kitchen with plenty of big pots and pans, and plates and cutlery to see a group through 2-3 meals before you have to run the dishwasher. It's also really thoughtfully appointed. Our appreciation to the owners of the Vicarage!
