    “This property was very beautiful!”

    ! It was the Perfect size for me & my partner. Here’s our Insight from our experience, for those who’s thinking of getting the batch: This Space is nice for a couple or a family with small kids.     ! It was the Perfect size for me & my partner. Here’s our Insight from our experience, for those who’s thinking of getting the batch: This Space is nice for a couple or a family with small kids. The bedroom upstairs in the attic is very kid friendly, with a beautiful view out the window/ View looking downstairs to & comes with a fan & built in switches (up in attic & downstairs) to bring the stairs up/down (rest assure , you don’t have to worry about getting locked up in the attic.) It also has a bed downstairs. You have to pull it down from the wall and lift it back up. I loved it because this space has Big beautiful windows to enjoy the view of the ocean & also animals (cattle’s / Sheep’s) as you eat, sleep, watch movies, etc. absolutely beautiful! & theres a family friendly park right down the road by the ocean. The batch also came with all the utensils you need. It had everything you need, it came with an A/C as well. Although it came with everything you need, its had its own cons. There was a very strong stench coming from the side/back of the house. It was very unbearable especially in the bathroom & kitchen. We couldn’t leave the windows open so we had the A/C on most the time. The shower tend to clog up and fill the shower up quickly, so there was a lot of ons / off in the shower. The driveway to park up to the house is very steep and close to the road so you got to be careful for cars when pulling in and out. But overall the stay was very enjoyable. Would definitely Recommend to couples/ small families. The view was very breath taking and very relaxing! It was a Beautiful getaway! Hope the next person enjoy their stay as we did

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Chill-out indoors in your peaceful retreat, where complimentary WIFI allows you to stay connected throughout your stay, while the Smart TV offers a range of viewing apps for your entertainment. This property has one well-appointed bathroom and sleeps up to four via a fold-down queen bed in the open-plan living area, and two single beds in a mezzanine above, accessed by a fold-down ladder.  A well-equipped kitchen is on hand to ensure you can whip up a delicious feast for everyone with minimum hassle. Your accommodation offers a heat pump with air conditioning and comfortable furnishings, ensuring this lovely abode is just as functional as it is modern and stylish.   Pohutukawa Paradise is a short walk above the picturesque Martins Bay, with off-street parking. Located on the eastern end of Mahurangi Peninsula close to Scandrett Regional park, your accommodation provides a base to explore endless beaches, bays and stretches of coast. The suburbs of Algies Bay and Snells beach are five to ten minutes' drive.  You’ll love your Pohutukawa Paradise!

Please note that there is a retaining wall around the stairs at the house which has no barrier. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in this area and refrain from climbing on this ledge.

Property features an open-plan lving with fold down queen Bed & 2 singles via a fold ladder on the open mezzanine floor

All guests should take care when using the driveway when it is raining as it is steep.
