“The house is comfortable and the location is lovely.”

We were unhappy with the service provided by Bachcare - 3 phone calls to get a replacement kettle (the one provided was potentially dangerous). Also, no hot water in the bathroom sink, no hand wash in the bathroom, a broken curtain rail in the bedroom was not fixed until nearly a week into our 10 day stay and no access to the garage for additional items listed such as sun loungers and bbq. Overall not good enough for the $ charged. And when we enquired about one extra night at the end of our ...

“House a little musty but very clean and tidy.”

Could not get TV to work and couldn’t find key to garage so no access. One of the heaters kept tripping the fuse. Great location.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

As the property has unfenced access to the lagoon with only a small barrier, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

All guests should take care when using the external stairs as they are steep and do not have a handrail.
