Bachcare “Where are we in New Zealand” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

1. Promotion Period   
The Bachcare giveaway runs from Wednesday 8^th July 2026 until Sunday 12^th July 2026. 

2. Eligibility   
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.   

3. How to Enter   
To enter, participants must:   

• Like the post 

• Comment where you’d drive your EV this winter 

• Tag a friend you’d take with you 

4. Prize   
One winner will receive:  

• $50 Bachcare voucher, and   

• $50 ChargeNet credit 

4.1. Additional Notes 

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

• The charging credit will be loaded onto the winner’s ChargeNet account and can be used at ChargeNet charging stations nationwide.  

• If the winner is on the Genesis EVerywhere plan or another partner billing plan, the charging credit will be applied at ChargeNet’s standard retail charging rates. Once the charging credit has been fully used, charging will revert to the applicable partner plan pricing.

5. Winner Selection   
The winner will be drawn at random after the promotion closes. The draw will take place on Monday 13^th July 2026 and announced on Bachcare’s Instagram and Facebook.   

6. Winner Notification   
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered on and we will require the winner to provide their email, mobile, full name, address and ChargeNet account number to receive their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, Bachcare and ChargeNet reserves the right to redraw the prize.   

7. Platform Disclaimer   
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.   

8. Privacy  

By entering this promotion, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used by Bachcare and ChargeNet for the purposes of:  

• Administering the giveaway  

• Contacting the winner  

• Fulfilling the prize  

Personal information will not be shared with any other third parties.   

9. General   
Bachcare and ChargeNet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
