General Terms
- The promo code is not transferable and may not be traded, sold or redeemed for cash.
- Only one promo code can be used per booking, and it cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or vouchers.
- The promo code does not apply to gift voucher purchases.
- If a booking is amended so that it no longer meets the minimum spend or minimum stay, the discount may be removed and the booking total adjusted.

- If Bachcare cancels a booking, the guest will receive a refund of the amount they actually paid. The promo code will be reissued.
- Bachcare may withdraw or change this promo code at any time. Where the code has already been applied to a confirmed booking, Bachcare will honour the discount on that booking.
- Bachcare may cancel or adjust any booking where a promo code has been used in error, in breach of these terms, or fraudulently.
