1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Bachcare Ltd and Pure Tūroa Limited (“the Promoters”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Bachcare Ltd or Pure Tūroa Limited, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
During the promotional period, participants may enter the giveaway by completing the official entry form.
To enter, participants must:
- Access the entry form via the link provided across Pure Tūroa Limited or Bachcare marketing channels, including social media (e.g. link in bio and posts) and email communications
- Complete the entry form in full, including their first name, last name, and email address
By submitting the entry form, participants agree to join the marketing databases of both Bachcare Ltd and Pure Tūroa Limited. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.
4. Entry Period
The promotion opens on Friday 14th August 10:00am NZT and closes on Sunday 23rd August at 10:00pm NZT 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
- A $750NZD Bachcare holiday voucher, and
- Two adult 2-day passes to Tūroa Ski Field,
- A $400 voucher to spend at the local isite
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Bachcare voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue and is subject to availability and standard Bachcare booking terms.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received via the entry form.
The draw will be conducted by Bachcare on Monday 24th August 2026 and the winner will be contacted via email by the Promoters and may be announced on Bachcare and Pure Tūroa Limited social media channels.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond within 3 working days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize.
8. Privacy
By entering this promotion, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used by Bachcare Ltd and Pure Tūroa Limited for the purposes of:
- Administering the giveaway
- Contacting the winner
- Fulfilling the prize
Participants who enter via the online form also agree to receive marketing communications from both Bachcare Ltd and Pure Tūroa Limited. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

9. General
The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside their control. The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
