Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Paraparaumu is the perfect base for your Kapiti Coast adventure. “Great house to stay in.”
Fantastic location with excellent views and access to beach and the sea. Kitchen was brilliant and loved the well stocked pots and pans, utensils, serving dishes etc. Made for cooking and eating for 8 a real breeze. Rest of the house is also stylishly renovated and comfortable. Internal stairs are steep but very thoughtful provision of a childproof gate which made things much less stressful with our one year old grandson. On the one day the weather was nice the top deck was wonderful to use.
