Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Guests can enjoy multiple walking tracks right from the property, including a scenic half-hour bush walk to the township for those who want to stretch their legs. Set just above Akaroa, it offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle of the township, yet the heart of the village is only a short drive away. Here, guests can discover boutique shops, local cafés, art galleries, and harbourfront experiences, making Toad Hall an ideal base for exploring all that Akaroa has to offer. “What a lovely weekend we had at Toad Hall.”
It is the perfect place for a group of ladies. The views were amazing & could be even more so with ranch sliders from the kitchen/dining area. We enjoyed the peace & quiet in particular the birdsong. It was lovely & warm with the woodburner in the living area that heated the house beautifully. It was spotlessly clean and had all we required.
