Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Enjoy two upstairs decks with stunning views over the harbor, and a private courtyard surrounded by the house. Watch boats on the launching ramp and relish the north-facing courtyard sheltered from the wind. Ample parking, space for a trailer boat, and a double garage add convenience. Entertainment includes a new Samsung Frame TV with a Bose soundbar. Sleep comfortably with a master bedroom (king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite), two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites, and a versatile bedroom with a single bed and a small child's pull-out bed, along with a desk and couch. For adventure, explore Tāwharanui Regional Park just a 25-minute drive away or head to Matakana Village, an eight-minute drive, for the renowned farmers market, boutique cinema, eateries, and local bars. About the location

Just an 8-minute drive from Matakana is the long stretch of a white sandy surf beach that is Omaha. This is a great area to base yourself from, located within a short drive to all the gems of the area such as Snells beach, Sandspit, Campbell's Beach and Tawharanui National Park. The best place to be in Omaha is certainly beachside, watching surfers battle the waves or taking a dip in one of the calmer areas yourself.
