Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Spend summer mornings and evenings dining alfresco, or enjoy waking up each morning, sliding open the glass doors from your master bedroom suite with a freshly brewed coffee. All while keeping an eye on the surf! Whether you seek a peaceful moment of solitude or a space for playful family activities, the expansive lawn area is just one other beautiful feature to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen holds everything you need to whip up delicious meals and beverages while on holiday. This accommodation is partially fenced, providing plenty of privacy and security, and offers good off-street parking with room for a boat or caravan. Piha is known for its stunning black sand beach, rugged west coast scenery, and world-class surfing, so this home is perfect for those who love to explore nature. Piha has so much more to offer than the iconic surf beach, with Karekare beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops just a short drive away. Only a 45-minute drive to the CBD and a 20-minute drive to the train station. There are also plenty of nearby walks and outdoor activities to enjoy, including the Mercer Bay loop track and the famous Piha to Karekare coastal walk. Please note the pool is not heated.

Please note the water is not suitable for drinking due to a high mineral content. Until North Piha Water Society resolve treatment of the water, bottled/boiled water should be used for drinking.

Although the property has a full perimeter fence, the pool can be accessed from bi-fold doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing the doors unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers.

The fireplace is not available for guest use at present.

With it's intense black sand, wild surf and iconic landscape, Piha is one of Auckland's most popular west coast beaches.
