Michelle “Fantastic holiday spot.”
Beds were super comfy, layout of the house was amazing with up and downstairs bedrooms, house access was up a steep driveway so a great leg workout after enjoying some beers at the local. Would defiantly stay here again. Beach care itself were really hard to get hold of to request early check in . Couldn’t get through on the 0800 number and no reply on request via email

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the holiday spot and found the beds super comfortable, and that the layout worked well with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. We are glad the location made for a memorable stay, even with the steep driveway adding to the workout. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching us when requesting an early check in. We understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to get through on the phone or receive a reply by email. Your comments have been noted so we can work on improving our availability. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and are pleased to hear you would stay again. Reputation and Resolutions Coordinators Bachcare
