The property

Step into a picturesque paradise at Sea It All! Perched harmoniously up on the hillside boasting phenomenal panoramic views out over the Kerikeri landscape and the glistening blue waters of the bay towards the Kent passage. Wake up to the sound of native birds, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee with your breakfast while you enjoy the view and take in the fresh morning air with nothing but blue waters out to the horizon. Then when you are all fuelled up for the day, wander down the bush access way at the edge of the section down to one of the most beautiful sandy private bays in the area. The interior is filled with natural light and has been thoughtfully furnished to create a relaxing and inviting holiday atmosphere for your stay. With everything, you might need for a romantic getaway including WiFi, lovely outdoor areas, privacy and even the must-have BBQ. While you're here make the most of the potential exploring, from the waterfall at Rainbow Falls, snapper fishing off the rocky outcrops, day trips to Paihia to everything the Bay of Islands has to offer. Or simply head into Kerikeri township, just a 12-minute drive and take your pick from the local cafes and restaurants for a bite to eat. The property is only 30 minutes to Kauri Cliffs golf course and 25 minutes to Waitangi golf course. You won't want to be anywhere else when each day ends - Sea It All welcomes you!

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Children should also be supervised around bating stations in place on the premises for rodents, to protect the local kiwi bird population.

Care should be taken when driving into this property as there are kiwi birds living on it that may walk across the driveway, especially at night.

Please be aware that the terrain down to the beach is narrow and steep, so extra care should be taken.

About the location

Kerikeri is a fantastic town to linger in, and was voted New Zealand's top small town. It is rich with history, and visitors can visit the historic Kerikeri Mission Station for a very small cost. The Kerikeri township offers great dining opportunities, and some wonderful boutique stores.
