Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Nestled in an exclusive and newly built community, this executive holiday home greets you in style. Welcome to Mandeno Magic!  This modern brick and weatherboard two level dwelling, surrounded by beautiful native plantings, pond and reserve, ensures comfort for four on the second level. Choose to relax with a drink either on the front deck with elevated semi-rural views, or else on the private rear deck with BBQ, retained garden and lawns.  Your accommodation supplies two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the front deck, plus a tiled ensuite.  The open plan living, dining and kitchen area features a range of comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy the Wi-Fi and smart TV.  Off-street parking is available for two vehicles in front of the house on the left side, just look for the sign 'Visitor Parking'. With just a 5-minute drive or a relaxed 20-minute walk to the centre of Kerikeri with its shops and cafes, you are well positioned to enjoy the best of the area. There is a hidden walking track just 100m in front of the property to Te Wairere Waterfall, also known as Wairoa Stream Falls - get there easily in just 20 mins! Kerikeri and the surrounding Bay of Islands plays a prominent part in New Zealand's history. The famous ‘Stone Store’ and old mission house is just around the corner, or a half hour drive to the Treaty grounds. The same walking track offers a shortcut uphill to access the Stone Store in just 10 minutes. For an excellent base from which to both relax and explore - Don’t miss Mandeno Magic!

Kerikeri is a fantastic town to linger in, and was voted New Zealand's top small town. It is rich with history, and visitors can visit the historic Kerikeri Mission Station for a very small cost. The Kerikeri township offers great dining opportunities, and some wonderful boutique stores. All of our Kerikeri holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
