    “We had a great time at the bach and really loved the view.”

    It would have been nice to have things (other than board games) to do in the evening, such as an outdoor campfire area, which would entertain kids of all ages. Also, better signage to find the property as it was hard to discern from the other properties along the road.

Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This three-bedroom accommodation boasts two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Bed configurations are flexible to cater to your family or friends' group retreat, including the option to have the King in the second bedroom split into two singles, while the bunks in the third bedroom are suitable for adults too. Ample private parking and full laundry facilities provide the conveniences for your stay. In under 15 minutes drive you can be at either Waipu village or the stunning Northland beaches at Waipu Cove or Ruakaka. Drive to the beachfront and stop in at The Cove Café, or simply unwind and relax on the golden sands. Top up on supplies easily at the Four Square, conveniently located in Waipu. Please note strictly no parties. Under the Terms and Conditions of the booking, you are not permitted to allow any person other than you and guests currently staying to use the facilities and amenities of the Property. A bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Please note the private road between the property and Glenmohr Road is shared by several people, including families with young toddlers and pets that wander and are not used to traffic. Please respect the 20km/h speed limit on this road.

Please note the mattress for one of the top bunks will be on the floor, due to health and safety risks involved with the height of this bed.

The king bed in bedroom two can be split to make two single beds. Please inform us at time of booking which configuration you require so the appropriate linen can be arranged.
