Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
On the lakeside of Lake Wakatipu overlooking the iconic Queenstown scenery, you'll find Central Water Views! This three-bedroom Queenstown holiday townhouse, with WIFI included, is a spacious multi-level home with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The modern and stylish furnishings throughout create a comfy space without compromising on those finer things to make it feel like a well-deserved retreat. The large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens out onto a lakeside balcony on one side and a small rear courtyard on the other side, so no matter where the sun is or what direction the wind is blowing in, you'll be able to find the ideal spot outdoors! If it's a wintery escape to the south, maybe to hit the slopes or see Queenstown at it's best, Central Water Views will host a fabulous stay with an electric fireplace to snuggle up in front of at the end of the day and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for delectable holiday meals. The complex offers a tennis court to use during your stay and there will be rackets on hand too. But if you are bringing some gear with you the onsite double garage is with auto door opener make for a fab and safe addition for your vehicles and the anythings like bikes and skis. Leave the car at home and try one of the local water taxis to get around, there is private jetty just 20metres from your front door down by the edge of the lake. You'll love being just a 20-minute walk along the lakefront track, or a 1.5km drive, from the centre of Queenstown where you'll find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also the perfect place to stop and view Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkable mountain range. A winning combination of a stunning outlook and an ideal location - Central Water Views welcomes you!
The king beds are zip linked and can be split to make two single beds. Please inform us at time of booking which configuration you require so the appropriate linen can be arranged.

The parking available at the property cannot facilitate motorhomes or trailers. Please enquire before booking if intending to travel with either.
