“What a lovely place that was just what I wanted and needed to have a relaxing and quiet holiday in.”

It's so nice to have a modern one bedroom bach that is pet friendly and is truly fully fenced! A couple of the plates still had food stuck to them (and a hair on another), and there was a long blonde hair left on the rack in the shower, otherwise it's a clean, warm, and comfortable place that has what you need, and I really liked the decor. Also, on the morning I was leaving, an alarm went off and it took a while for me to locate and silence it (I presume it was the house alarm, though I don't know why that would be set prior to checkout?). Truly a gem of bach in an unexpected lovely spot. In summary, I would return.

We enjoyed the spaciousness, all the room to unpack, the beautiful view and the location right on The Sluicings. It was fabulous being able to access the tracks just up the road and walk down to the Felton Road wineries. Perfect base for touring the region by bike, car or on foot.

Warm and comfortable with everything provided. There was some ambiguity with the booking and Bachcare's provision of linen which could've been prevented. Other than that a great stay and we left the property as clean as we arrived.

Endless views. Sunny, modern, well designed holiday home. Short drive to Cromwell for all your needs. Bannockburn Hotel and Black Rabbit Cafe close by for meals. Excellent location to start Lake Dunstan bike trail. Very close by friendly neighbours alerted us to scheduled powercut. Great service and communication through bachcare. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
