“The property is perfectly located.”
For those who enjoy peace, seclusion, and a high level of privacy, this is truly one of the best spots in town. It’s only a 10-minute drive to nearby supermarkets—Pak’nSave, Woolworths, and New World—even with the recently slower traffic along Frankton Road. The views of The Remarkables and Deer Park Heights on the Kelvin Heights peninsula are absolutely breathtaking. The bike path just outside the property is fairly well-used by cyclists and joggers, but it also makes for a pleasant ...
For those who enjoy peace, seclusion, and a high level of privacy, this is truly one of the best spots in town. The bike path just outside the property is fairly well-used by cyclists and joggers, but it also makes for a pleasant 20-minute walk into town. The cosy two-bedroom pad is just the right size—ideal for a young family or a couple using the main bedroom, which looks out toward the lake. The bathroom is clean and relatively spacious; the absence of a bathtub isn’t an issue for us since we’re not really bathtub people. The kitchen is tidy and equipped with all the essentials: utensils, fridge, oven, microwave, plus a laundry with both washer and dryer. Everything we needed was provided—nothing more, nothing less. The only minor hiccup was the exhaust grille above the hob, which seems to have fallen off previously. It looks like someone attempted a temporary fix, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker for us.
