    “The property was unclean and unprepared for our stay.”

    We arrived at 9pm. There was zero toilet paper. Previous occupants rubbish was in an unlined kitchen bin. Dirty tea towels were in the kitchen, dirty microwave, filthy bbq, old kitchen scrubbers, empty dirty food containers (old peanut butter jars) in the pantry. When you pay more than $1k per night you expect the property to be clean and ready. We called the property manager at 9am on Good Friday and toilet paper was delivered at 4pm! The property is poorly maintained, stains on the sofas, ...
