High quality linen and facilities and really beautifully styled! Location at Ahuriri was great for us as our event was on the North side of Napier. It was well positioned between town and the west end bars and shopping. There was a few maintenance issues that we advised on our departure - but they were nothing that hindered our stay. The bedroom layout is perfect if u are 3 couples or a family with older children - to give you all snoring space. Lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Double garage to park off street if required. I would definitely book this place again!

Our whole family enjoyed the home and our stay. I think the photos didn’t do the decor justice it was beautifully put together. The only thing we noted was ants on the bench for any food left out. They ants were even in the pantry.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday and lovely comfortable beds. The location was also perfect - Ahuriri harbour area was a great vibe and was only a 15 min walk, and then a short drive into Napier central and the surrounding areas.

The cleanliness was outstanding, the facilities including kitchen & washing essentials plus more, self care products and all your holiday needs were well provisioned and at great quality. The furnishings and beautiful decor set such a relaxing atmosphere and the beds and its bedding provided top quality comfort. A great stay for the family and or a couple wanting to to entertain. We’ll be back!

Quiet and extremely well appointed. A toilet on each floor was a nice surprise too. The feel was more one of a lived in home than a bach. I cannot speak highly enough of the house.

So beautifully decorated, and we’ll stocked with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Super clean, well located, easy lockbox for entry. If we’re in Napier again we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

. The house itself is lovely and well equipped for families and has all the mod cons. Decor is lovely and makes you feel nice when you return from a day out. Would definitely return again if we go back to Napier.

The house is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. It was almost a pity we were so busy being out and about. Might have to stay longer than 3 days next time!

Really appreciated the small touches that managed to cater for our wide needs as a family. We loved sitting outside on the provided furniture on a balmy Napier evening. One small thing is we would have liked to see the place have a quick once over check to pick up very small cleanliness issues.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
