- Linda, December 2023Natasha “Fabulous holiday home with everything you need.”
Warm and cosy with the fire and close to amenities. Loved our stay.
- Natasha, August 2023Stuart “The house is very nice, attractive and well equipped does however require some maintenance.”
Outside of house was dirty needing windows to be washed and cobwebs removed.Garden was also in dire need of trimming. Inside hair dryer was defective, kettle does not open and upper oven does not work. Having a daycare center next door is also not a plus. The on-site manager was very helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
- Stuart, January 2023Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback Stuart and we will certainly attend to the maintenance issues you have raised. We do hope to welcome you back again soon. Bachcare
James “Oven had clearly been used by prior guests, cooking some form of roast meat dish.”
The food had spilled inside the oven & needed serious cleaning. We switched the oven on trying to warm plates & the house stunk of burnt fatty meat spills for a few hours. Paying as we do for cleaning & admin fees to Bachcare, I would expect some more diligent cleaning by Bachcare (as indeed might the owners?). This was totally unacceptable on Bachcare's part. A refund of our cleaning fee might be appropriate & a report of the issue sent to the owners. Aside from this, the house was superb.
- James, January 2023Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and we do apologise for missing the cleaning of the oven on this occasion. We are delighted to know that you found this property superb and look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Bachcare
