“Our group arrived late on Friday night, only to find that the lockbox code provided did not work.”
We spent a frustrating 30 minutes on hold with the helpline (0800 42 22 42) without any response. After numerous attempts with different combinations, we were forced to make alternative arrangements as we could not access the property. When contacted following our stay, bachcare failed to provide adequate compensation which not only is disappointing but also reflects a lack of genuine concern for your guests' experiences. We have followed up with our managed services team, and our guest services team to work out where we could have improved here, and how we can prevent issues such as this in the future. Key to this is investigating our phone systems and the availability of our guest services team outside office hours. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
