    “One of the beds (the futon) was not actually able to be slept in as the mattress was pretty much nonexistent and was like sleeping on a pile of stones.”

    The room itself also smelt like wet dog. Two of our guests ended up sleeping on the couches instead which was less than ideal. There is no coffee or tea for guest - what was there was coffee that had turned purple with mould and tea that tasted off and had to be poured out. No instructions left or welcome note which is pretty standard in most places. All bedrooms need more pillows. The rest of the house is lovely. Great location, lovely outdoor area and spacious interior. We would go ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
