Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

With two decks, plus a ground-floor patio, there’s a spot for your morning cuppa staring out at the sea, a place for that afternoon tipple at the outdoor bar, a setting for that classic Kiwi BBQ dinner, and a haven for relaxation. Just as welcoming, the indoor living spaces here at Serenity by the Sea are furnished for style and comfort. Ample windows and doors drench the open-plan living and dining area with sunlight, while a wood-burning fireplace and heat pump technology keep it at just the right temperature, no matter the season. You’ll have all the essentials on hand for a great stay here at Serenity by the Sea, plus a few welcome extras that bring the comfort of home, including complimentary WIFI and a Smart TV with Netflix capability. The generous, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious holiday meals. Later, pop the dishes in the dishwasher and pour a glass of Hawkes Bay wine; no one is on cleanup duty this holiday. Four bright and tastefully decorated bedrooms sleep up to eight guests at Serenity by the Sea. A main bathroom, complete with both a shower and soaking tub, plus an additional guest toilet, completes the setup for your stay. Serenity by the Sea enjoys a prime position on a huge section that leads down to the lagoon at beautiful Haumoana Beach. You’re also within walking distance of Elephant Hill and a fantastic cafe for that all-important coffee fix. Both the Hastings and Havelock North town centres with their shops, eateries, and conveniences are less than 20 minutes drive away, and the Art Deco capital of New Zealand, Napier, is only a 20-minute trip north. As there is a section of this property that has unfenced access to the lagoon, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

There is a door at this property that opens out to a small drop on to the driveway, as well as a small set of stairs leading to the spa pool that do not have a handrail. All guests should take care when using these areas due to the risk of falls.
