The property
Get together for a family and friends getaway just three minutes walk from the beach. Welcome to Bach on Boulevard! With five bedrooms and more space than you’ll know what to do with, Bach on Boulevard is the ideal holiday home for two families to stay on your next Pauanui summer holiday. With three bedrooms, including a bunk room, a bathroom, and a sunroom, the ground level of this two-storey home is a perfect retreat for the kids and teenagers to make their own. Upstairs, a light and bright open-plan living space invites everyone to be together, while still feeling like they can enjoy their own space. A corner lounge is the ideal place for coffee and conversation, to put your feet up with a good book, or to settle in for a movie night on the Smart TV, which features Vodafone TV and Netflix. A bay window seat is calling out for you to lay down for an afternoon nap in the sun, and the conservatory is the perfect spot to stay out of the sun while still enjoying the beautiful garden surroundings. Floor to ceiling glass and sliding doors provide seamless indoor-outdoor flow on to the huge wrap-around balcony. With couches, bean bags, and an alfresco dining setting with an umbrella, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to places to soak up the sun. Whip up a few sides in the fully-equipped kitchen and fire up the BBQ for a holiday feast. At the end of the meal, pop the dishes in the dishwasher and continue to chat long into the summer evening. With plenty of outdoor space for a game of backyard cricket or to kick a ball around, you’ll find plenty to do here at home. But, with the beach just a three-minute walk away, we’re sure you’ll spend large chunks of the day there too! It’s so close you can pop back for lunch before heading out again. If you need supplies, the Pauanui shopping village is just a five-minute drive where you’ll find shops, eateries, and a supermarket. For an adventure further afield, why not visit Hahei and Hot Water Beach and do a little side walk to Cathedral Cove; all within an hour’s drive! About the location
Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel. Pauanui enjoys white sand beaches with a surf life saving club and a number of walking tracks including the Mount Pauanui summit track, which will give you stunning views of the coastline and out to the Mercury Islands. The town itself has many great cafes and shops, as well as a golf course. All of our Pauanui holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
