Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Hangar 17 sets the scene for an unforgettable summer, with a spacious open-flow kitchen, living and dining area and stunning outdoor deck equipped with an electric heater. Enjoy sunny days on the deck by firing up the BBQ and sharing a meal with the family in the spacious dining area, or kick back on the plush outdoor lounge suite as you watch the sunset and settle into your evening. In-stay entertainment is plentiful at Hangar 17, settle down on the comfortable sofas after a long day and enjoy a DVD with a well earned glass of wine. Curl up in the window seat with a good book or simply watch the world go by as you take a well-earned break from the hustle and bustle of life. When the seatbelts signs are off, stretch your legs and take a short three-minute stroll to the gorgeous Pauanui Beach, or try the Pauanui Summit Walk for some breath-taking views of Pauanui village. Hangar 17 is just a five-minute drive from Pauanui Village Centre, where you’ll find a well-stocked supermarket, as well as a selection of local eateries to enjoy such as Cabana Kitchen and Bar, or Pauanui Takeaways. About the location

Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel. Pauanui enjoys white sand beaches with a surf life saving club and a number of walking tracks including the Mount Pauanui summit track, which will give you stunning views of the coastline and out to the Mercury Islands. The town itself has many great cafes and shops, as well as a golf course. All of our Pauanui holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.

As there is no fence between the property and the airfield, adults are encouraged to closely supervise young children while outside.
