On those balmy summer evenings, gather the family for a classic kiwi-style BBQ, complete with a sheltered outdoor table seating eight, where a heater will keep you warm on chilly evenings. An outdoor corner sofa area creates a cosy, inviting space, perfect for stargazing at night. Downstairs, a teenage lounge and two bedrooms await, while upstairs boasts open-plan living, a well-equipped kitchen, and the two remaining bedrooms. Accomodating two families comfortably, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. 
 The fully fenced backyard offers peace of mind for families with children, providing a safe and secure space to relax and play. Additionally, two private outdoor showers cater to your needs, one heated for comfort and one cold for a refreshing rinse-off, ensuring the bathroom upstairs remains sand-free. The utility shed outside houses another toilet, washing machine, and dryer, all easily accessible from the house for your convenience. Situated at the northern end of Pauanui between the beach and estuary, Sol Vista Paku is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Pauanui Beach, and less than 20-minute walk to the local shops, cafes, and Royal Billy Point. Pleasant Point boat ramp is conveniently close by, with ample parking on the front lawn for cars and boats, making it the perfect spot for water enthusiasts, and grants you easy access to all the Coromandel hot spots! About the location

Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel. Pauanui enjoys white sand beaches with a surf life saving club and a number of walking tracks including the Mount Pauanui summit track, which will give you stunning views of the coastline and out to the Mercury Islands.     “Accommodation can make or break a holiday, this property had everything which made our stay.”
