“We absolutely loved this property and had a fantastic holiday.”
It was perfect for our two familles with two bedrooms and bathroom in a separateâwingâ from the other two rooms. The covered outdoor area was great on the hot summers days and the kids enjoyed the table tennis table in the garage. Located one house back from the beach and down the end of a no exit street made it great for us to walk to the beach and safe for the kids to ride their bikes around. We would definitely stay here again.

Brendon “We booked our 2 week beachside family holiday over Christmas and New Year.”
The size of the property was perfect for our group.The location was a very short walk to the beach. We swam twice a day, and the warm outdoor shower was a welcome bonus. Repairs and maintenance need attention. More thorough cleaning would've been appreciated on our arrival. We enjoyed our first visit and holiday at Matarangi.

The house was so cold. Thereâs only one heat pump at the far end of the house which doesnât heat the bedrooms. There were no space heaters provided for other rooms. There are 4 beds in the house but only 2 thin extra blankets. The listing said there were electric blankets but there were not. Overall itâs a lovely big house, with everything we needed. It was really modern, but clear it only gets quick superficial cleans. My daughter found a used vape under her bed. The drawers and cupboards had lots of crumbs in them and someone had hidden a dirty frypan in the bottom of the drawer.

A very satisfying, relaxing trip for me and the kids. There was a wide range of activity provided. Tennis, golf and other activities were available to your choice. For the fishing folks, walk out into a nice clean white sand beach to cast your rod. To wrap it up, I really recommend this house and hope to be making a trip back.

House was lovely and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lots of space to relax. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our morning beach walks as you are so close to the main beach it was easy to pop over at our leisure. Would defiantly recommend to friends and family.

An easy walk to the four square and the beach is on your doorstep. Our family of 4 enjoyed the generous space of the house and the kitchen was well equiped. We especially enjoying using the table tennis.

The indoor outdoor living is very advantageous. The kitchen was very well equipped making it pleasant to cook there. The property is easily accessible to the golf club and local cafe, we walked most places. Highly recommend and in fact have booked again.

Great house for a big family as it is well laid out with areas outside to relax and eat. Just a short distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Coromandel Peninsular. Short drive to the shops. Can't wait to come back again.

The house is spacious and has lots of light. It gets the afternoon sun, which helped warm the house during our winter stay There is a well equipped kitchen, bbq, lovely bathrooms and a fantastic sun drenched deck. The house is less than 5 min walk to the beach.
