“A lovely clean place to stay with all you needed, provided well.”

The (mainly bush) walk up to the lookout over Pauanui, is easy to do from the house - nice and cool on a hot day. And of course the one around Pepe inlet is handy too. Thanks for the offer of the kayaks & cycles too.

“A great place but needs a good clean (especially to remove the multiple cockroaches and cobwebs), we tried with the vacuum cleaner but it didn’t seem to be sucking and we had to clean the bbq before we used it.”

More than 2 towels would have been appreciated since it was a 4 night stay for two people (washing machine was good to have for this purpose). Would be handy to have information for the wifi and rubbish collection etc available in the Unit. Despite the above we would stay again and recommend it :)

“Cute little place and great location easy to walk to shops/pubs etc, well equipped & bed was very comfy.”

Was let down with the cleanliness of the property as looked like it hadn't been stayed in for a while and needed a vacuum & dust to get rid of all the bugs and spider webs.

A 25 minute drive from bustling beach resort Pauanui, Tairua is the perfect spot for exploring the east coast and its offshore islands. Stunning views out to the Alderman, Slipper and Shoe Islands, and climbing up Mount Paku you'll be welcomed by views back to The Pinnacles in Coromandel Forest Park.
