Great location and overall a good house with all the comforts needed for a week. However, had a few broken things that caused some annoyance such as 1. Broken umbrella for outside. There were instructions on how to use the broken umbrella, it was just off putting so we ended up avoiding it completely but would have liked to have an umbrella where we didnât have to worry about braking it further. 2. Roof is leaking next to bunk beds upstairs. Did not impact on our stay but not ideal when it was ...
Great location and overall a good house with all the comforts needed for a week. However, had a few broken things that caused some annoyance such as 1. Broken umbrella for outside. There were instructions on how to use the broken umbrella, it was just off putting so we ended up avoiding it completely but would have liked to have an umbrella where we didnât have to worry about braking it further. 2. Roof is leaking next to bunk beds upstairs. Did not impact on our stay but not ideal when it was raining 3. One of the supplied portable fans in bedroom downstairs needs to be thrown away. It was so hot in the house that all fans needed to be going but we could not use one of them as it sounded like a plane was going to take off 4. Dryer was not working which was not ideal as had lots of beach towels we needed staying before the next day 5. Handle on dishwasher kept coming off even with the tape holding it together 6. Filter water tap is leaking and sound of drip annoyed a few of us. 7. A few Cockroaches found down stairs 8. BBQ wasnât working well as it took an hour to heat up a few sausages. None of these would have even been mentioned or annoying if we did have a poor experience leading into our stay. I received two emails, one in December (one month before our stay) and the next a week before our stay that linen was provided, then to get an email from bachcare saying it was not and it would cost $200 to have it supplied when we had already left for our holiday put such a bed feel to our stay. Communication was terrible through the week when I was emailing bachcare to find solutions which was ignored. If I was the owner of this bach I would recommend swapping property managers and not using bachcare. If the linen issue didnât happen, the other issues would have felt much more minor. I repeat, location and house comfort was awesomeâŠ

We have provided easy to use instructions for the umbrella for future guests and have our local services team looking into the leak issues at the property. You will be happy to know a new dishwasher has been installed at the property and instructions on the use of the BBQ have been made available for guests.
