Left early as Bach was leaking In three places and damp and not well maintained! Emailed an email of complaint three days ago, and havenât heard anything back!

“The house was in real need of some serious maintenance.”
Everything was just really tired, and worn out, there is a hole in the kitchen floor covered by lino, tarp on the kitchen roof, taps didn't work properly, water temp was very hot and cold which is not good for children when showering. Both bathrooms very tired. Blinds didn't work properly so we didn't even try to pull them up. Kitchen needs a refresh. There was aircon but this isn't included which was strange and could have made the stay better. Really needs a TV even though it clearly states its not included. Gardens are beautiful and very well maintained and its clear there is a lot of effort put in to maintaining them, the pool was great and the outdoor entertaining area is fabulous.
