The property

One hundred and forty-three meters and you’re at the beach! Don't miss out on Cable Bays' Great Seaviews! This house is the perfect base for up to seven people, with plenty of parking for your car and boat, all in a family friendly neighbourhood! The kitchen opens into the dining area and the large open plan living space - perfect for bringing everyone together to start the day's beachy adventure with a good breakfast! With the well-equipped kitchen on hand - you'll enjoy plenty of storage, large fridge/freezer and double oven, so you'll love cooking up a storm here. With comfortable couches, curl up lounge chairs, and an expansive deck, you can enjoy the ocean views from just about any angle. There’s a Smart TV – use the Chromecast provided or log into your own Netflix account - DVDs and fibre WiFi all available. With books, games, jigsaws and both a darts board and pool table downstairs, there is plenty for you to enjoy. There are three bedrooms, all with ocean views, two with queen beds and the third has a double and a single bed. All linen and towels are provided and downstairs, there's a utility room with a washing machine and drier. Your nearest boat ramps are only five minutes away in Taipa or Mill Bay and the Cable Bay store is just a stroll along the beach for your morning coffee, afternoon ice-cream or evening takeaways if you don’t feel like cooking! Just a little further down the road at Coopers Beach is the Four-Square supermarket, butcher’s shop and chemist. The famous Mangonui Harbour is just a few kilometres away with restaurants, bars, more shops and helpful tourist information and advice to help you plan your exploration of the glorious far north. Make your way to Great Seaviews for a refreshing beach escape!

About the location

The seaside settlements of Coopers Beach, Cable Bay and Taipa overlook some truly spectacular coastline. For those who enjoy diving, Coopers Beach offers some great shore diving spots. Head into Mangonui to try the 'world famous in New Zealand' fish and chips (a must!), and to wander about the quaint shops and streets of this charming fishing village.
