Accomodation was lovely, and in a great location. The accomodation was quite dusty and didn't look like it had been deep cleaned. My 18 month old also got a little piece of glass in foot walking near the kitchen which was disappointing. Something that would have been avoided if the spaces were properly cleaned. Heated pool was wonderful, and again, still a lovely stay regardless.

Cheryl “We could not find the wifi which was switched off.”
It was on top of the wardrobe!, well hidden. This needs to be in the notes. The tiles in the kitchen area were a tripping hazard. What were they there for? The curtains in the main room did not work well and were too light considering the lighting outside.

Well equipped self catering unit, which was comfortable , clean and well maintained. Small open plan living, kitchen area which made it tight to enjoy this space after or during meal times. Would recommend to families travelljng with 2A and 2small children.

The apartment was tidy, well appointed and excellent value for money, while being only walking distance from central Taupo. The only critiques we have, albeit very minor ones, are that there is no clothes dryer but there is a rack for drying clothes. We also could not find the WIFI network that was listed to use but there is good cell phone coverage so didnât really bother us. Overall a great experience in a great location and we would certainly stay again. A big thanks to the owner and the bachcare team.

Location was great. Property was a bit small but we expected that as it looked small in photos and we were 3 adults who wanted a property we could self-cater in. There were also a few events on in Taupo that weekend so we were grateful for what we could get. = very happy
