“The only issue we had was that the entry instructions were ambiguous such as referring to a lockbox & there isn’t one Had to call Bachcare who were very helpful All & all a fantastic place thank you.”

Far nicer than a large hotel that has previously been our go to. Pool was perfect, spa possibly a bit hot. 10/10 and would stay again. The cafe next door is really good. Thank you

Great views, comfortable beds, very warm place with the under floor heating, we didn't even need to turn the heat pump on as it was so nice and cosy when we arrived. Even in the middle of winter! Everything we needed plus more for a nice weekend away with the kids.

It would have been nice to have had plunger coffee provided as part of the package. Would definitely recommend, and I'd love to stay here again.

The spa and pool were lovely, so clean and warm, and the apartment was perfect for us with a gorgeous view of the lake. My husband and I kept commenting on how comfy the Master bed was. It is in such a great spot right by the lake with a great cafe The Cove next door. Thank you for a fabulous place to stay!
