“Beautiful home on the shores of Lake Taupo.”
Direct access to the lake, easy access to the Waitahanui River for fly-fishing, and only a short drive to Taupo CBD, attractions and activities. The home is spacious with lots of natural light. Highly recommend and will definitely book to stay again.

Lagona “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
It was bigger than I thought so much room for everyone. It was a shame we didn't get to enjoy it more as we had the rugby tournament most of the morning for the first three days and then Taupo activities in the afternoons but all in all a fantastic place. I will definitely book it again and next time when it is summer.

My favourite thing was waking up early in the morning and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. A lovely house with a vast living room for all of us to hang out. We loved the fireplace. The couches have stains, and we didn't feel comfortable sitting on them. Three rooms on the other side were cold because the plugs on the wall didn't work and we couldn't use the heaters. The water has an awful smell. It would be a perfect place in summer.

Mark “The house was lovely and spacious with a fireplace in the living room and a heat pump.”
So, we were nice and cosy. The view was really breathtaking. We were literally a few steps from the water. The house was big and had an interesting shape. And even though we were 8 people, using the bathrooms were not an issue because they had 2 full bathrooms and an on suite. We easily fit 2 cars into the front driveway, and we were able to close the gates with ease.

the sunroom window top part where it meets the joint. There was rain water coming between the gaps. We had to move the bed and couch that was there from getting soaked. But property was lovely. Next time if we could have access to the kayak :). Thanks

it was also very dirty, and we had to buy a wire brush to clean it. (which we left behind for the next person although we cleaned the BBQ before departure). Also to note that the skylight in the small bathroom leaked throughout the stay. not great for when the ladies are sitting on the toilet they get dripped on. Those two things aside we did really enjoy the house and would recommend.

Twice I have booked this house once in summer last year and now in winter this year. Will definitely recommend this beautiful house but the lake. Only thing was heat pump did not work but had a great fire place in the house so it all worked out well and good.

There were a lot of stains throughout the house, curtains were torn and had stains on them. There were a lot of spider webs throughout the house. The condition of the place, I feel it was over charge.

The house is right on the lake and is huge It is quiet and warm. As well as 3 double bedrooms it was great to have 3 bathrooms also as it meant that everybody had plenty of space and privacy. We went for a number of walks up the nearby stream/river, swam in the lake and rode our bikes to 5 Mile Bay. Highly recommended.
