Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Situated close to the crystal clear, free-flowing Waitahanui River, there are many easy walking tracks including the famous 'Rock Pool' walk within a few minutes. Waitahanui is famed for its trout fishing so bring your rod and give fly-fishing a go. Also, the Whakapapa Ski Field is just a 45-minute drive away for snowy adventures! As the property has direct, unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

About the location
Close to the airport and just a 10 minute drive into Taupo Central, Waitahanui is well known for its excellent trout fishing in the Waitahanui River. Based here, you're also close to all of the must-do's of the Taupo area, such as visiting the Huka Falls, Craters of the Moon, spending the day out on the lake or even trekking along the Tongariro Crossing!
