    “The property itself was lovely but the management was lacking and the customer support was nonexistent.”

    On arrival there were half drunk bottles of milk and juice in the fridge, a bag of mouldy potatoes in the bottom of the pantry and used personal-hygiene items in the shower including a razor. The lint trap in the dryer was full of lint - a fire hazard - and 3 of the bedrooms doors didn't close properly. On the second day the power was out all day leaving us with no running water. The guys working on the powerlines told me is was scheduled work. We should have been informed. All this clearly ...

I raised my issues in two seperate emails during the stay but received no response. Thats appalling customer service, I will not be using Batchcare again.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
