Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

As the property has unfenced access to the sea which is 500 meters away, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

About the location
Just a half an hour drive from Havelock and an hour from Blenheim, Moetapu Bay is an excellent base to explore the Marlborough Sounds. Head out on the water for some dolphin spotting near the Perlous Sounds, tackle the stunning Queen Charlotte track or simply take in the magical views from the shore over a nice picnic. “The host managers were very responsive and apologetic on the issues we encountered.”
We liked dealing with them. However we have the following issues that need addressing back to us please: 1: We had issues with having no WiFi issue on arrival. The router was replaced by Monday night (on the third day of our stay). 2: There was no pantry space or cupboard space for food meaning that an entire week of food was sitting out over the benches. 3: Three tap heads (mixers) had fallen off - they are missing screws to hold them on. 4: The wall shower head in the master ...

The router was replaced by Monday night (on the third day of our stay). 2: There was no pantry space or cupboard space for food meaning that an entire week of food was sitting out over the benches. 3: Three tap heads (mixers) had fallen off - they are missing screws to hold them on. 4: The wall shower head in the master bathroom is broken and required Maintainence - once again a simple screw to hold the head in place as per its design was required 5: The gutters are noticeably overflowing with debris and we were concerned about it overflowing when the rain came - which it did do. They appear to have been unmaintained for a very long time. 4: We ran out of hot water and gas for cooking on day 4. We discovered that the entire place was run on 9kg gas bottles. This is not fit-for-purpose for property of this nature. We feel like these points were not acceptable given the premium we paid to stay at this property. Everything else was great and comfortable. Lovely views and comfortable home with excellent beds.
